To be in partnership with others to spread the Gospel to foreign groups at home and abroad:
- Nationals.
- Career missisonaries
- Short-term missionaries

To encourage member involvement in supporting missions through prayer and donation of time and talents;
- to support missions through short-term projects;
- to become career missionaries.

To oversee disbursements of mission funds.
