Developing the Inner Life of a Leader

This seven week course will take you on the journey of a leader and his/her choices to develop an inner life that pleases God.  From the Bible we learn God chooses and advances or refuses and rejects leaders on the basis of their inner life, their secret choices.  Without question, the credentials of an effective leader are found in possessing the integrity of an inner life that pleases God.  This course examines the development of such a life.

Mike Mavity spent the first 38 years of his life in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He earned his BS in Organizational Management from Covenant College, Georgia, and his MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University, NH.  Mike and his wife, Kathy, combined with six children ranging in age from 6 to 24, live in Epsom, NH.  Professionally, Mike has worked in Information Technology for 28 years, the last 17 were in the life insurance and annuity business.  He became Assisting Pastor at Grace Capital Church in January 2008.
