Operation Christmas Child

Pick Up a Shoebox This Sunday!
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies to reach children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. These gifts are shipped outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disasters, famine, and disease.
Empty shoe boxes will be available for pick up at the Welcome Table on Sunday morning. Please bring your filled boxes back before November 17th. If you have additional questions, please contact Julie Daley.
Shoebox gifts demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. By partnering with the local church worldwide, each shoebox gift is a powerful tool for sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are $10 per box, which also help cover the cost of the Gospel booklet and training for teachers. Each child is offered the opportunity to attend a twelve-lesson discipleship class called "The Greatest Journey." The suggested donation for this is $6.
