Practices to Cease Striving

  1. Schedule Sabbath. Set aside a day a week for rest.
  2. Strive by grace. Work by faith in God’s grace.
  3. Speak to God. Bring your thanks and disappointments to God.
  4. Seek Contentment. Consider ways that Jesus is enough in your circumstance.
